Beschreibung
The present work deals with the creation of an online survey on sustainability. The data wil provide benchmarks for the intire region of Pfalz. The survey expanded the NyVI survey (Sustainable Sales and Innovation Management in the Wine Industry) of Prof. Dr. Dreßler at the Weincampus Neustadt with the questinos arising from literature review and experts' interviews. The data of comparable companies in the cluster self-marketing family businessnes (GbR) of approx. 20 hectares in size were evaluated. Furthermore, a template was created to assign the results to the structure of a sustianabiblity report. Participants in the survey rated their against the beinchmarks in a retrospective interview and were asked about more advanced ideas. The results of the sozial pillar show the the companies have to do more work in tihs area: The missing strategy creates a situation in which statetd values and expectations do not correspond with the implemented measures: Employee loyalty and appreciatin of the employees must urgendly receive more attention. 65% of employees are long-term employees and 16% of employees had occupational health problems in the last five years, which ends in a projection of 128% occupational illness in a working age of 40 years. In the environmental area, data on the management of resources was collected. This field shows the greatest awereness of sustainable work, but here too a clear strategy is lacking: Fertilization and energy saving are important issues, but long-term plans are drawn up by individual companies. It is striking that there is not enough published data on resource consumption, which is explained by the different structure of the winieries. In the sconomic area, there is clarity about the goals that are clearly in financial gain. An assesment of the company's performance is difficult for all participants for past and future years, so that no key issues can be identified. ... ... The participants justify this with insufficient knowledge of control mechanisms an the creation od strategies. This justifies the continuation of the project with its own results. The participants were able to formulate clear requirements for the next version of the survey in the retrospective interview.
