Mobility allowance and additional offers for students

Thanks to funding from the Franco-German University (DFH), students on the Franco-German Master's degree course in Viticulture & Enology will receive a mobility grant of 300 euros per month for their stay at the Université de Haute-Alsace in Colmar from the winter semester 2021/2022. Free language courses and intercultural application training will also be offered. Course director Prof. Dr. Maren Scharfenberger-Schmeer explains: "The DFH funding is an important proof of quality for our binational course and shows its high relevance for the wine industry, which is characterized by numerous challenges such as climate change, digitalization and internationalization. We are delighted to be able to offer our students excellent study conditions thanks to the DFH mobility grant, as well as excellent career prospects on the international job market with a Franco-German double degree."  The DFH is a network of 208 universities, universities of applied sciences and grandes écoles in more than 130 cities in Germany, France and third countries. Around 6400 students and 300 doctoral candidates take part in the collaborations supported by the DFH.
