Welcome to the Wine Campus!
With the end of the grape harvest, the Wine Campus traditionally begins the first semester of the dual study program "Viticulture & Enology". We say: Welcome and are pleased to welcome the new students back to the campus.
On November 2, a total of 48 new Bachelor's students were welcomed in the auditorium of the Rural Area Service Center (DLR) Rhenish Palatinate. Andreas Böhringer, Chief Financial Officer of the Neustadt trade association Willkomm, was also present. He had brought a welcome package for each of the new Neustadt residents. "We want to invite you to get to know our town, its history and its diverse range of offers," said Böhringer. Numerous member companies of the Willkomm community and the Neustadt tourism company had donated information material and vouchers for the welcome packs. Böhringer said that Willkomm would be delighted if the students found Neustadt so attractive that one or the other would also find an economic home here after successfully completing their studies.
