Sales Excellence


The "Sales Excellence" module familiarizes participants with the current challenges in sales and provides them with frameworks and tools to meet these challenges in different contexts. The certificate module is designed to cover not only the manufacturer's/supplier's point of view, but also to look at the opposite side. Therefore, sourcing strategies and category management are examined.

Achieving sales goals today requires competence in data and information management. The certificate module addresses current information technology, a with a strong focus on data utilization and deriving measurable action plans. In addition to emotional competency such as common sense and gut instinct, superior performance in sales also requires deep expertise in data interpretation and appropriate risk management. A cornerstone of the certificate module is therefore forecasting, which teaches such competencies in order to derive management decisions in sales activities. All contents are always examined from an international perspective. This means that cultural aspects of sales are also taken into account and corresponding insights are provided.
