Marketing Management
Marketing – Strategies for Business Success
Strategic and efficient marketing is the key to success—not only in the wine industry, but in any business. In this module, you’ll acquire the tools you need to successfully plan and implement your marketing strategy.
- Learn concepts, best practices, and tools for developing a targeted marketing strategy.
- Gain an understanding of quantitative techniques for decision-making and methods for analyzing marketing data.
- During the three-day in-person session, you’ll independently develop a marketing strategy and apply what you’ve learned directly.
This module is not just theory. You’ll develop your own marketing strategy and present it at the end of the course. This allows you to combine knowledge with practice and test your new skills immediately in a professional setting.
Ideal for executives in the wine industry, but also for managers from other industries who wish to expand their marketing skills. The principles are universally applicable—whether for small businesses or large corporations.
