Tonneau Pinot Blanc

NEO

The Pinot Blanc variety is currently experiencing an upswing in the wine industry. Within the last two decades, the area under vines has almost tripled, making the grape variety one of the top 4 in Germany today. Our NEO Pinot Blanc is a real high-flyer. Aged entirely in tonneau, a 500-liter oak barrel, and matured for eight months until bottling, the use of wood comes into its own here. The grapes for this wine were harvested by hand with the help of Wine Campus students. A real joint project!

The NEO Pinot Blanc Tonneau smells of herb meadow, flint and papaya, has hints of rose and delicate notes of vanilla and hazelnut. The taste is dense and melting with a good salinity on the palate.
