Second annual meeting of the European research project GrapeBreed4IPM
GrapeBreed4IPM is moving forward: On May 6 and 7, the annual meeting of the European project to promote sustainable solutions in viticulture and improve integrated pest management through genetic #innovation took place in Épernay.
More than 50 representatives from 19 partner institutions and 2 collaborating organizations from 7 European countries shared scientific and technical advances, workshops and strategies for the coming months.
Key focus areas included:
- PIWI varieties and their wines
- Integrated pest management
- Decision support systems (DSS)
- Innovative training and knowledge transfer
- Transfer and utilization of results
